Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rejesho, a cloud platform for microfinance institutions, SACCOs and co-operatives operated by Kaypee Group Limited, a company registered in Tanzania. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your institution.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials and member PINs confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use Rejesho only for lawful microfinance operations and in line with the regulations that apply to your institution. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, access data belonging to other institutions, or use the platform to store or process content you are not entitled to.

3. Your data

The member, savings, loan and transaction records you enter remain yours. We process this data on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for obtaining any consent your members are entitled to.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select. Free trials convert to a paid plan only if you choose to continue. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing with reasonable prior notice.

5. Availability

We work to keep Rejesho available and secure, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance and will aim to give notice of any planned downtime.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rejesho is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Tanzanian law.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Rejesho at any time. We may suspend or end access where these Terms are breached or where required by law. On termination you can request an export of your institution's data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material we will give notice through the platform. Continuing to use Rejesho after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
